Which mat is right for me?• Do you need an entrance mat, outdoor mat or anti-fatigue mat?
1. There are 3 basic categories of carpet-top mats for your entryway:
• Vinyl backed mats are significantly less expensive than rubber backed mats. These include our bestselling Brush Step, Premiere Brush Step and Economy Mats found on pages 3-5 of our catalog.
• Rubber backed mats are very durable, do a better job scraping dirt, slush & snow and hold more moisture. They last longer than vinyl backed mats. The Aquasorb and Majestic mats found on pages 6-13 & 16-17 are all made of the same high quality rubber and carpet.
• Logo Mats to promote your company come in 3 different styles: Aquasorb Classic for higher performance, Custom Logo for the best image and Super Scrape for outdoors.
2. We have 3 different outdoor mats, United Brush Scrape, Super Scrape and Shoe Scraper, found on pages 18 & 19. All are high quality and you can pick based on personal preference.
3. We have a wide range of industrial grade anti-fatigue and industrial mats. The highest quality, best selling anti-fatigue mat is our Ultra Anti-Fatigue on page 22. For a lower cost, yet still effective anti- fatigue mat, see our Ultra Sponge and Diamond Cushion mats on pages 26 & 27.
How does the logo mat process work?
1. Place your order over the phone or on our website.
2. You can e-mail the artwork to: logos@consolidatedplastics.com with your order number in the subject line or upload your artwork at checkout.
3. We will create a proof for you in 1-2 days and send you instructions how to view it online.
4. You can approve the proof, sign it and fax it over to us at 800-585-5001 or make any changes necessary.
5. We manufacture your mat and ship it to you in 3-5 business days.
Do you have custom size mats?• The rubber backed mats have a different mold for each specific size thus limiting the choices. We do have many additional sizes not listed in our catalog or on our website so please call us with a specific request. The Aquasorb Classic and Aquasorb Eco are available in custom cut lengths to the nearest foot by 35", 45" & 70" widths.

• Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the size of any mat to be exact, meaning we cannnot cut mats to the nearest inch. Due to the heat used in manufacturing, mat sizes can vary up to 3 inches in either direction.
What is the best way to clean the mats?• Regular Vacuuming is the best way to keep your mats looking fresh. A "shake-out" is sometimes needed when the dirt has been packed into the mat. Our Aquasorb and Majestic line of mats are able to be hosed off with soap and water and the Regal Nylon mat can even be put through a commercial washer. For very heavy stains an industrial steam cleaning machine can be used on any rubber backed mats.
Do you have outside sales reps?• We are a mail order company and do not have outside sales reps. Please measure the space where you need a mat and call us to help you select the right product.
