These polypropylene Nalgene™ hdpe wide-mouth bottles are designed for sterilization purposes. Both bottles feature polypropylene screw closures and 3.5" mouth opening. According to Thermo Scientific, "Fluorinating these high density polyethylene bottles provides a cost-effective alternative to costly fluoropolymer containers. Enhances long-term performance and prevents permeation loss."
